Pursues everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish; does not give up before finishing, even in the face of resistance or setbacks; steadfastly pushes self and others for results.

                                                      

Examples: 4 levels:

·         Pursues activities with energy and drive

·         Pursues his or her work with energy, drive, and a need to finish

·         Defines his or her work in terms of results, and pursues success with energy and drive

·         Sets clear and lofty goals for himself or herself, as well as for the organization, and pursues them with enthusiasm and energy
